STEP 1: RECRUITING
- Individuals will be recruited from various areas including Universities, Community Colleges, Local High Schools, Out-Placement Agencies, and strategic placement through web-based employment listings as well as media advertising. Recruitment will also take place through strategic placement of media advertisements.

STEP 2: INITIAL INTERVIEW
- Every candidate is interviewed by our own full-time Automotive Recruiting Managers, beginning the initial screening process.
STEP 3: Automotive Sales Assessment Program
- After the initial interviews each acceptable candidate is required to complete our "Automotive Sales Assessment Program" which is scored to ensure all candidates are of the highest caliber possible and to determine whether the candidate has the desired potential sales ability.
STEP 4: SECOND INTERVIEW
- Once the initial interview and review of the "Personality Profile" has been completed all of the acceptable candidates are then extensively interviewed once again by our own Automotive Recruiting Managers.
STEP 5: FINAL CANDIDATE SELECTION
- Once all of the preceding is successfully completed, then the top candidates are selected, reviewed in detail, and references confirmed (whenever possible).
STEP 6: DEALER INTERVIEWS
- A very specific effort is then made to match the candidate with an appropriate dealership environment. Candidates are then sent on Dealer interviews to determine sponsorship.
STEP 7: SPONSORSHIP
- The dealer is then given 48 hours from the specified interview time to confirm sponsorship or waive the right to sponsor the individual candidate that was interviewed.
STEP 8: AUTOMOTIVE PROFESSIONALS SALES TRAINING SCHOOL 
- Once sponsorship is confirmed the candidate is then allowed to enroll in the next available "Training School".
- The First training received is our comprehensive "AUTOPRO Self Management" seminar. This seminar has been tailored to suit the Automotive Industry versus the normal content used in the general seminar environment.
- The trainee would then complete the balance of the two-week training school, which is detailed in the following pages.
STEP 9: DEALERSHIP EMPLOYMENT
- Once the trainee has successfully completed the "Automotive Professionals Sales Training School" they are then required to commence employment at the sponsoring dealer.
STEP 10: FOLLOW-UP WORKSHOPS
Once each candidate has commenced employment, they are required to attend six full days (8 hours per day) of follow-up workshops at the following intervals:
30 days - 60 days - 90 days 120 days - 150 days - 180 days
